The City of Beeville accepts applications from eligible groups and businesses requesting HOT Funds for events, activities, or facilities. Applications for Fiscal Year 2025–2026 must be submitted to the City Secretary’s Office no later than Monday, July 21, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.

All applications will be reviewed by the HOT Funds Committee and evaluated using a standardized formula based on objective data provided in the application. This evaluation will serve as the foundation for the committee’s funding recommendations.
