5. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2461 – Establishing a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program for the management and population control of community cats within the City of Beeville.

6. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2450 – Amending Chapter 10 of the Beeville Code of Ordinances to revise the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code, and amending Chapter 22 (Health and Public Welfare) to include mowing, tree trimming, grass clippings, and maintenance of rights-of-way and easements.

7. Discussion and possible action on the renewal or selection of a new agreement for the collection of Hotel Occupancy Taxes (HOT).

8. Appointment of Michelle Matus, Tax Assessor-Collector, to calculate the tax rate in accordance with Texas Property Tax Code, Section 26.04(f).

9. Acceptance of HOT Funds Post-Event Analysis Report submitted by the Texas Mile for the March 21–23, 2025 event, and approval to reimburse the organization $9,000.

10. Renewal of the Xerox Lease Agreement for the Beeville Police Department.

11. Adoption of a Privileged Management Policy for the City of Beeville.

12. Adoption of a Technology Equipment Disposal Policy.

13. Adoption of a Remote Access Policy.

14. Adoption of a Mobile Device Usage Policy.

15. Adoption of a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy.

16. Renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Beeville Police Department and Coastal Bend College.

17. Discussion and action regarding the purchase of a service firearm by honorably retired peace officer Richard Cantu Jr., in compliance with Texas Government Code §614.051.

18. Transfer and extension of an existing hangar lease at the Beeville Municipal Airport.

19. Approval of a contract between the City of Beeville and Anna Marie Silvas as Municipal Court Judge.
