6. Discussion and Possible Action on Amendment No. 3 to Task Order No. 1 between the City of Beeville and HDR for Planning Advisory Services.

7. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution No. ___ authorizing the City of Beeville to submit a Hazard Mitigation Application and designating the City Manager as the Chief Executive Officer and authorized representative to act on all matters related to the Hazard Mitigation Grant.

8. Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution No. ___ committing the City of Beeville to provide a non-federal match of up to 25% or more, contingent upon the award of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant.

9. Discussion and Possible Action on the adoption of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Federal Procurement Policies and Procedures.

10. Discussion and Possible Action on scheduling the Beeville Annual Spring Clean-Up Day on April 5, 2025.

11. Discussion and Possible Action on the Certification of Unopposed Candidates for the General Election scheduled for May 3, 2025.

12. Discussion and Possible Action on the Issuance of an Order to Cancel the May 3, 2025, General Election.

13. EXECUTIVE SESSION — SECTION 551.071 CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY

Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, the City Council will meet in a closed Executive Session concerning contemplated or pending litigation with the attorney. The following item may be discussed:
