• Consider amending Chapter 56, Zoning, Section 56-64, to allow:
  • The currently prohibited use of intermodal containers, semi-trailer containers, railroad cars, motor vehicles, truck or bus bodies, and similar containers as an accessory use with a special use permit.
  • Prohibit these containers as a principal building within the city.

• Consider a special use permit to allow intermodal containers, semi-trailer containers, railroad cars, motor vehicles, truck or bus bodies, and similar containers as an accessory use on the property.
